Black Label, Adio Footwear, and Surfride skate shop put together a little
BBQ on Sunday September 20th to celebrate Chris Troy going pro! Burgers,
dogs, beers, and skateboarding was on the menu for Chris, his friends, and
some lucky kids at the Leucadia skate park where Chris grew up.

Both Jack Olson (street) and Clay Kreiner (vert) came out on top at the Gatorade Free Flow Tour Finals, held in conjunction with the Dew Tour’s Toyota Challenge in Salt Lake City last weekend. With their wins, they’ve each earned spots in the Dew Tour’s PlayStation Pro in Orlando, Florida on October 15th-18th, to compete against the pros. Remember, this is how Chaz Ortiz went from flow to pro just two years ago. Congrats and good luck dudes!

IASC has posted an online ballot for many of skateboarding’s legends and greats which will be inducted to the first annual Skateboarding Hall of Fame at the IASC, Go Skateboarding Foundation Fundraiser to be held October 24, 2009 at the Vans Skatepark in Orange, CA. Cast your votes to nominate one influential skateboarder from each decade right here.
