Starting in the NorthEast, Eastern Boarder is running an event called King of the Worm. What is King of the Worm? It’s a scavenger hunt type contest in which you use your skate skills and city knowledge to earn points for your team. The team with the most point’s (and video proof) at the end of the week wins. It’s just like Thrasher’s King of the Road except it’s in Worcester and you can actually do it. The Eastern Boarder Site has more on the rules.

New Jersey’s Garden SK8 is hosting two days of amateur contests. All ages are welcome to compete in the street, mini, and bowl contests. Bring your own food…and they’ll grill it for you.
